Infinitum Partners were engaged by joint client group McGees Property and Exceed Capital to deliver a comprehensive Due Diligence Planning Report that identified existing development approvals, outstanding infrastructure charges, and future development potential for a well-located industrial site in Townsville.

Utilising extensive local knowledge of the Townsville area and an intricate understanding of council’s planning codes, the Infinitum team applied an approach that ensured no stone was left unturned, and all options were thoroughly considered to optimise project outcomes.

Detailed research was further applied into what activities were occurring or planned to occur nearby, unlocking further identification of an additional number of potential opportunities for the site.

The final report exceeded client expectations, going beyond the realms of what the planning scheme simply said. The report not only identified a higher and better suite of site uses, but also helped the clients capitalise on the site’s superior location and proximity to other nearby landmarks and uses.
