Operational Health Check
Whitsunday’s Regional Council
Unlocking greater productivity and evolving antiquated practice to kick-start a thriving business culture.
Infinitum Partners were engaged by the Whistunday’s Council to undertake a thorough analysis of people, processes and systems to identify the root cause of a series of cultural, and subsequent productivity challenges.
Looking at council’s internal business of Plumbing, Building and Compliance functions, IP undertook a range of simple initiatives such as staff surveys, and process and systems analysis, to identify the challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
With the full support of management and an unbiased transparency, Infinitum Partners presented Health Check findings to staff, committing them to the findings publicly and as a group and enabling them with a constructive range of initiatives and positive actions to carry forward.
Ultimately, these simple steps have created a wealth of improvement to business practice and team productivity. Now, council and their teams are more empowered to succeed via the evolution of previously outdated processes, and the establishment of greater efficiencies via an improved business culture.
