Geon Property
A time sensitive development approval securing impending tenancies, and elevating site revenue.
Infinitum Partners were engaged by long time valued client, Geon Property, to support the continued development of the successful Fairfield Homemaker Centre by managing and delivering a fast-tracked development application for two drive-thru food and drink outlets and two shops.
The site’s proximity to a state-controlled road, rail corridor and nearby residential areas, combined with additional engineering and planning requirements created further complexity around this application.
With impending, new tenancy timeframes, Infinitum Partners’ prior knowledge of the centre and good council relationships were pivotal in the swift preparation, lodgement and management of a detailed development application and comprehensive consultant documentation.
This close collaboration with the client, consultant team, Council and the State ensured Geon was not only able to meet incoming tenant obligations but also increase the site’s propensity for ongoing, added revenue generation.
