Infinitum Partners were engaged by Rethink Investment to develop, manage, co-ordinate and lodge a development application for a large, 918m2 Retail Centre in the Hervey Bay Airport, Urangan.

The Retail development was the final stage of an existing, major centre. With reciprocal access easements over car parking areas, combined with the site’s size, position and mixed-use make-up, Infinitum Partners identified early that a detailed understanding of ‘Owners Consent’ requirements was critical in order to ensure a validly lodged development application.

Early pre-lodgement advice from Fraser Coast Regional Council confirmed the relevance and appropriateness of the proposal, clarified and confirmed planning pathways, and outlined all necessary supporting documentation.

Swift, successful approval occurred in record time soon after the development application was made, resulting in simple, seamless granting of a development green light for the client to proceed.
