Infinitum Partners were engaged by a loyal client and ongoing partner, Meshed Holdings to co-ordinate and manage a complex development application for a new childcare centre located in Beaudesert, Queensland.

Development of the site involved sensitive childcare land use treatment, and was constrained by location, situated on a state-controlled road subject to minor flood risks.

To overcome this series of development barriers, Infinitum Partners led a deeply insightful, evidence-based approach, underpinned by early engagement methods and a comprehensive project reporting process including traffic, stormwater, acoustic and landscaping.

The level of insight and depth of detail generated through this early engagement process, afforded swift development of a highly detailed town planning assessment and robust suite of supporting documentation that engendered strong council confidence, positive assessment, and a final, unchallenged approval of the childcare centre.
