Infinitum Partners have been engaged by several QLD local governments including Lockyer Valley and Central Highlands to support their strategic planning and development assessment business units in-house.   From scheme amendments and economic incentives policies through to community consultation and management of development applications our team has support where and with whatever has been needed to assist in the trenches.

Through our experienced and hands-on approach, and having been in ‘their shoes’ as local government planners ourselves, we have managed high workloads and generated efficient and practical decisions for customers of the councils. Our experience when performing these roles has been acknowledged by Executives and customers as we focus on the outcome without compromising on quality assessment. Our approach has led to significant reduction in assessment timeframes, timely customer service and reduced workloads culminating in a ‘new business as usual’ approach for these councils. Throughout our time at the councils we have been able to embed new approaches such as standard conditions, develop template reports and mentored existing team members to improve efficiency and service delivery.
