Rural Residential Subdivision
Civcon Group
Unlocking constraints to unlock value.
Infinitum Partners were engaged by loyal client and project partner, Civcon Group to assist with a land subdivision opportunity, heavily constrained by the location of a neighbouring poultry farm in a rural residential area.
The team worked hard to develop a planning pathway that encouraged early engagement pre-lodgement with council regarding technical acoustic and odour evidence. Infinitum Partners enabled this evidenced based approach to provide council with the supporting documentation, and ultimately confidence, to positively receive, assess and approve the development application.
Infinitum Partners led the coordination of necessary project reporting inclusive of several critical impacts assessments of the nearby poultry farm.
Importantly, new development should not create post development impacts. This approach was central to the engagement and documentation approach Infinitum Partners deployed with the client, stakeholders, consultants, and the council.
